"a path to follow?" sitting here listening to the words in my head not yet written so surely not read just another end of day does what i think really matter anyway in years to come or even now can i make a difference, touch someone's heart or brighten their life somehow so many seem to have so much... what part of them is left to touch do i have the right to care or am i a bother when i share i'm just one of so many what does my opinion matter... how many care if any in years to come or even now can i make a difference touch someone's heart or brighten their life somehow i've made so many mistakes what am i to know so many times i stopped when life said go maybe it's the need to care for other's that matters even when your body's broken your life's undone beat down and shattered could it be the little things that count wanting to give instead of receive is how we turn a life of cloth into a tapestry taking time to look about helping set someone back on solid ground or give a laugh, hug or smile ease their burdens if just for awhile in years to come or even now can i make a difference touch someone's heart or brighten their life somehow i guess that's what life is all about, not what we take in but what we give out... in years to come or even now can i make a difference to someone...somehow. theBrok 9 21 2005 |
 basically starting with the last verse of 1st Corinthians Chapter 12...verse 31 "But covet earnestly the best gifts: and yet shew I unto you a more excellent way." and throughout Chapter 13.. the apostle Paul spelled out the most important quality we as believers should have...that of Charity 1st Corithians 13:13 "And now abideth faith, hope, charity, these three; but the greatest of these is charity." In a world where there is such a need for us to step forward and lend a helping hand... "Let it start with me, let it start with charity"...me |
